Helping people live organised, stylish lives.
A Kenyan design-and-build joinery studio creating storage around how people actually use their spaces.
Great design shouldn't be a luxury.
Kenya's homes are changing fast, but most still rely on basic masonry cupboards or mass-produced furniture that wastes space and lacks character.
Johms was founded to close that gap. We design and build custom cabinetry and storage that balances clean modern style, originality and genuinely practical storage — and we make it accessible, with premium finishes at fair, achievable prices.
We're also one of very few workshops building made-to-measure, non-permanent storage for renters: beautifully fitted cabinets that look built-in, but can be removed and taken home when you move.
Our mission

- Ready-made
- Limited sizing, poor fit
- Hard to repair locally
- Not made for local climate
